CPA, CVA, and Shareholder

Denny has been a shareholder of VBA since 1991 and the President since 2002. Denny graduated with high honors from Ferris State University in 1975. Besides being a CPA, Denny is a Certified Valuation Analyst which signifies his experience and knowledge in the business valuation discipline.

In addition to leading the day to day management of the Firm and performing the business valuation engagements conducted by the VBA, Denny services clients in a wide variety of industries. These include construction, professional service businesses, leasing companies, manufacturing and nonprofit organizations.  

Denny is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst. He is active  in the community serving on the board of directors at various service and nonprofit organizations.
